INFORMATION: All meeting sessions will be held at the Sutton
Place Hotel Edmonton. Reservations should be made directly
with the Sutton Place Hotel Edmonton via telephone at (866) 378-8866.
Mention the State Capital Group/Field LLP to receive the discounted
room rate of $129 CD each night for a "Sutton Room" or
$149 CD each night for a "Deluxe Room" (plus taxes). Hotel
reservations must be made by THURSDAY, JUNE 8, 2006 to receive
the discounted room rate. After June 8, reservations will
be made on a space and rate availability basis only.
DIRECTORY
OF ATTENDEES: Registrations must
be received no later than June 13, 2006 for registrant's
name to appear on the pre-printed attendee list.
