ANNUAL MEETING
TRAVEL INFORMATION
HOTEL INFORMATION:
All meeting sessions will be held at the Westin Casuarina Las Vegas,
located within walking distance to the Las Vegas Strip and three miles
from McCarren Airport. Reservations should be made directly with the
Westin Casuarina Las Vegas via telephone at (702) 836-9775 or (877)
508-0172. Mention the State Capital Group to receive the discounted
room rate of $159 USD each night (plus taxes). A credit card is required
to guarantee reservations and late arrival.
Hotel reservations must be made by Wednesday, September 1, 2004.
After that date, reservations will be made on a space and rate availability
basis only.
AIRLINE INFORMATION:
America West Airlines
is offering a discount up to 10% on airfare to and from the 2004 Annual
Meeting in Las Vegas. To receive the applicable discount, use CAMS
code AP9818 online at www.americawest.com
in the "eCertificate" area of the Air Reservations page. You may also
call your travel agent or the America West Group & Specialty Travel
Department directly at (800) 548-7575 Monday through Friday from 6:00
am - 6:00 pm.
American Airlines is also offering
State Capital Group members up to 10% off most fares to and from Las
Vegas. To qualify, call the American Airlines Meeting Services Desk
at (800) 433-1790. Refer to Authorization Number 4594AZ.
CAR RENTAL INFORMATION:
Avis is offering State Capital
Group meeting attendees special discounted rates. Reservations can
be made by calling (800) 331-1600 or online at www.avis.com.

CLE ACCREDITATION: The State Capital
Group will apply to the Nevada Board of Continuing Legal Education
for CLE accreditation.
DIRECTORY OF ATTENDEES: Registration
must be received by September 24, 2004 for attendees to be listed
in the official pre-registered attendee directory distributed during
the 2004 Annual Meeting in Las Vegas, Nevada.
DUTCH-TREAT DINNERS: The State
Capital Group will organize "Dutch-Treat" informal dinners at several
local restaurants on Thursday evening, September 30, for 2004 Annual
Meeting attendees and their guests. Sign-up sheets will be available
at the meeting site near the registration desk.
FRIDAY NIGHT DINNER: The Friday
night reception and dinner will be held at the Bellagio, a five star
hotel and casino known for its elegance, first class restaurants and
art collection.
SPOUSE/GUEST TOUR:
On Friday morning, October 1, the State Capital Group has organized
a tour of the Guggenheim Hermitage Museum. New exhibitions
are mounted every 6 to 12 months, drawing from the permanent collections
of three of the world’s greatest museums - the Solomon R. Guggenheim
in New York, the State Hermitage Museum in St. Petersburg, Russia
and the Kunsthistorisches Museum in Vienna. Attendees will be taken
on a private group tour by a professional docent who will give some
background and history on many of the famous paintings and other art
displayed throughout the museum.
Space is limited and pre-registration is required. If you did not
already register your spouse or guest for the tour, you may send an

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS: Refunds are available provided notice
is received on or before September 24, 2004. An administrative fee
of $100 USD will be deducted from fee paid. After September 24, refunds
will no longer be issued. Substitute registrations are permitted anytime.
