HOTEL INFORMATION
All meeting sessions will be held at The Midland
Hotel. Set in the heart of Manchester, this Grade II listed
Edwardian building exudes elegance and style. The Midland is ideally
placed for the city's thriving nightlife and excellent shopping
opportunities. Reservations should be made directly with the The
Midland via telephone at +44 161 236 3333. Mention the State Capital
Group to receive the discounted room rate of £109 each night
for a "Bed & Breakfast Package." A credit card is
required to guarantee reservations and late arrival. Please note:
there are a limited number of rooms available in the State Capital
Group's room block, so don't delay!
REAL
ESTATE SECTION NETWORKING DINNER:
A special networking dinner for all real estate attorneys attending
the International Meeting will be held on Thursday evening at Stock
Restaurant. The cost is $100 USD per person, and

TOUR OF MANCHESTER UNITED STADIUM AND MUSEUM:
Immerse yourself in the history of the world’s most famous
club, experience the magnificent trophy room, test your skills on
our interactive archives and enjoy the atmosphere inside the ‘Theatre
of Dreams’- it certainly will be a day to remember. The State
Capital Group has organized a tour of Old Trafford - Manchester
United Stadium and Museum on Saturday, June 2 at 10:30 am. The
cost of the tour, including transportation from The Midland Hotel,
is $30 USD per person, and pre-registration and pre-payment
