Napa Valley Lodge
The
Western Regional Meeting will be held June 23-24, 2005 in beautiful
Napa Valley, known for its scenic beauty and home to over 200 premium
wineries, world-class dining, shops, boutiques, and galleries. Napa
is approximately a 60-90 minute drive from three Northern California
airports - San Francisco (SFO), Oakland (OAK) and Sacramento (SMF).
On Thursday, June 23, California member firm McDonough
Holland & Allen PC will host a welcome reception at the
Napa Valley Lodge. A Dutch-Treat Dinner at Pere Jeanty Restaurant
will follow. (Pre-registration for the dinner is required.)
The meetings on Friday, June 24, will begin with continental breakfast
and will include presentations on Redevelopment Law and Immigration.
Lunch will be provided to all meeting attendees. On Friday evening,
the group will be taken to the Far Niente Winery in Napa for a wine
and hors d'oeuvres reception and dinner. The reception and dinner
will include a tour of the winery and antique automobile collection.

Many events will be taking place in Napa Valley during the Western
Regional Meeting including the Nascar Weekend in Sonoma and the 2005
Wine Country Pops at the Robert Mondavi Winery.
HOTEL INFORMATION: The
meeting will be held at the Napa Valley Lodge, located in the
charming wine country village of Yountville and surrounded by beautiful
vineyards and spectacular vistas.
Reservations should be made directly with the Napa Valley Lodge by
calling (707) 944-2468 or (800) 368-2468. Please mention that you
are a participant of the McDonough Holland & Allen PC event for
the State Capital Global Law Firm Group to receive the discounted
room rate of $250 (plus tax).
[Note: If you stay over on Saturday night, June 25, the room rate
will be $295 (plus tax).] A credit card must be provided to guarantee
your reservation and late arrival, and individuals will be charged
a non-refundable fee equal to the first-night stay at the time of
booking.
Hotel reservations must be made by FRIDAY, MARCH 18, 2005 to
receive the discounted room rate (the hotel is close to sold out and
the regular room rates are more than $300/night). After March 18,
reservations will be made on a space and rate availability basis only.
