HOTEL INFORMATION
All meeting sessions will be held at The
Loews Vanderbilt Hotel.
Reservations should be made directly with the Loews Vanderbilt via
telephone at (800) 336-3335. Mention the State Capital Group to receive
the discounted room rate of $173 USD each night (plus taxes) for a
single/double. A credit card is required to guarantee reservations
and late arrival. Hotel reservations must be made by February 8,
2007. After that date, reservations will be made on a space and
rate availability basis only.
Please note: there are a limited number of rooms available in the
State Capital Group's room block, so don't delay!
AIRLINE INFORMATION
United Airlines is offering State Capital Group members
discounted fares to Nashville International Airport. To qualify, make
reservations by calling United Meeting Plus reservations at (800)
521-4041 and mention Authorization #576AG.
CAR RENTAL INFORMATION
Avis is offering State Capital Group meeting attendees special discounted

SECTION NETWORKING DINNER ON THURSDAY, MARCH 8
Don’t
miss a special networking dinner at a local restaurant on Thursday
evening for all real estate attorneys attending the U.S. Midwinter
Meeting at the Sunset Grill.
The cost is $95/person, and pre-registration and pre-payment are

On Friday, March 9, the State Capital Group has organized a special
activity for spouses/guests interested in visiting the Cheekwood
Botanical Gardens. Following a guided tour of the former estate
ripe with pools, fountains, statuary, extensive boxwood plantings
and breathtaking views of the rolling Tennessee hills, guests will
have lunch at The Pineapple Room restaurant. Space is limited and
pre-registration is required for this event. The cost of the tour
