All meeting sessions
will be held at the Hotel Viking located
in the Historic Hill District, the highest point of land in Newport. Reservations
should be made directly with the Hotel Viking by calling (800) 556-7126 or (401)
847-3300. Be sure to mention the State Capital Group to receive the discounted
room rates, which range from $250 to $329 per night plus taxes. A credit card
is required to guarantee reservations and late arrival.
AIRLINE
INFORMATION:
U.S. Airways is offering meeting attendees special
rates. Call (877) 874-7687 and reference OSI USGF 94693102 to received discounted
airfare.
CAR RENTAL INFORMATION:
Avis Car Rental is offering State Capital Group meeting attendees special discounted
rates. Reservations can be made by calling (866) 629-6995 and reference AWD K609400.
DUTCH-TREAT DINNERS:
Adler Pollock
& Sheehan will organize Dutch-Treat Dinners at several local restaurants on
Thursday evening for attendees and their guests. Sign-up sheets will be available
at the registration desk.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS: Refunds are available
provided written notice is received on or before June 18, 2004. An administrative
fee of $100 USD will be deducted from fee paid. After June 18, refunds will no
longer be issued. Substitutions are permitted anytime.
