2008 NORTHEAST REGIONAL MEETING
QUEBEC CITY, QUEBEC, CANADA
August 1 - August 3, 2008

Cain Lamarre Casgrain Wells, s.e.n.c.r.l. will host the State Capital Group's 2008 Northeast Regional Meeting August 1-3 in Québec City, Quebec. Perched atop Cap Diamant, overlooking the Saint Lawrence River, Québec City is a landmark of North American history. Included on UNESCO's prestigious World Heritage List, Québec City has retained the European atmosphere of its roots.The city's streets are flanked by 17th and 18th-century stone houses and churches, graceful parks and squares, and countless monuments. The year 2008 also marks the 400th anniversary of Québec City. There will be a record number of special events oganized throughout the area.

HOTEL INFORMATION
All meeting sessions will be held at the Loews Le Concorde, located next to the Plains of Abraham and Grande Allée, in close proximity to the irresistible charms of old Québec.

On Friday night, Cain Lamarre Casgrain Wells, s.e.n.c.r.l. will host a cocktail reception at the officers' mess of the Citadelle de Québec, an extraordinary historic building that is one of the official residences of the Governor General of Canada. It is also the military base of the Royal 22ième Régiment currently serving in Afghanistan. The cocktail reception will be followed by dinner at The Quebec Garrison Club.

On Saturday evening, people will gather at the Royal-Quebec Golf Club for a dinner followed by Les Grands Feux Loto-Québec, a unique international fireworks competition.
