How should I register for the Western Regional Meeting?
Registration for the Western Regional Meeting must be done separately from the Annual Meeting. Register online for the Western Regional Meeting at http://www.regonline.com/westernregional2008
Why has the registration process changed for meetings?
We have changed our registration process to better serve our members. In addition, we can now process credit card transactions instantly via our secure payment gateway.
Is my credit card information safe?
Yes. Your credit card information is safe and secure
through our secure payment gateway, Authorize.net.
Can I register multiple people at one time?
Yes. You may register multiple people at one time if paying with one method. If registrations will be paid for separately, attendees must register separately. You will have the opportunity to add more registrants before checking out and submitting payment. To add a registrant click “Add Another Person” on the checkout page before entering your payment information.
How can I receive the multiple registrant discount?
There are now two ways to receive a multiple registrant discount:
a. If three or more attorneys from the same member firm register for the Annual Meeting, each registrant will receive a $50 discount. To receive this discount, attorneys must register together at one time with one payment method.
b. If several registrants from the same firm plan to register and pay separately, please contact the State Capital Group BEFORE registering to be eligible for the $50 multiple registrant discount. Contact info@statecapitallaw.org or (202) 659-6601 for more information.
May I substitute someone else to attend the meeting in my place?
Substitutions are permitted at any time. Contact the State Capital Group at info@statecapitallaw.org or (202) 659-6601 to make changes to your registration.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Refunds are available provided written notice is received on or before September 23, 2008. An administrative fee of $100 USD will be deducted from fee paid. After September 23, refunds will not be issued. Registration and payment must be received by the noted registration deadlines to take advantage of the respective rates.
How do I cancel my meeting registration?
You must contact the State Capital Group directly at (202) 659-6601 to cancel any registrations.
What payment methods does the State Capital Group accept?
All meeting registrants can now pay online using a credit card via our secure registration process.
