HOTEL INFORMATION: All meeting sessions will be held at The
Fairmont Miramar Hotel Santa Monica, located in the heart
of Santa Monica, steps away from the Third Street Promenade and a
short walk to the beach and the famous Santa Monica Pier. Reservations
should be made directly with the Fairmont via telephone at (310) 576-7777
or (800) 441-1414. Mention the State Capital Group to receive the
discounted room rate of $249 USD each night (plus taxes). A credit
card is required to guarantee reservations and late arrival. Hotel
reservations must be made by February 17, 2006. After that
date, reservations will be made on a space and rate availability basis
only.

INFORMATION: American Airlines is offering State Capital Group
members up to 5% off most fares to and from Los Angeles to attend
the 2006 Midwinter Meeting in Santa Monica. To qualify, make reservations

SPOUSE/GUEST
TOUR: On Friday morning, March 17, the State Capital Group has
organized a guided tour of Movie Stars' Homes for spouses and guests
attending the 2006 Midwinter Meeting. The tour will highlight many
of Los Angeles' most famous celebrity mansions located in Beverly
Hills and Bel-Air. The tour will also travel along famous streets
such as the Sunset Strip, home of The Chateau Marmont and The Beverly
Hills Hotel and Rodeo Drive, a world-renowned luxury shopping locale
and celebrity hot-spot. The cost of the tour is $39 USD and pre-registration
