HOTEL INFORMATION: All meeting sessions will be held at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel, located in the heart of Toronto's theater and entertainment district. Reservations should be made directly with the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel online or by telephone at (888) 627-7175 or (416) 947-4955 extension 4440.

Mention the State Capital Group to receive the discounted room rate of $229 CAD (or $289 CAD for Club level) each night (plus taxes). A credit card is required to guarantee reservations and late arrival. Hotel reservations must be made by Thursday, September 1, 2005. After that date, reservations will be made on a space and rate availability basis only.

AIRLINE INFORMATION: Air Canada is offering State Capital Group members 5-15% off most fares to and from the 2005 Annual Meeting in Toronto. To qualify, please call Air Canada Meetings & Conventions Travel Services at (800) 361-7585. Refer to Convention Number CV050011.

American Airlines is also offering State Capital Group members up to 5% off most fares to and from the 2005 Annual Meeting in Toronto. To qualify, call the American Airlines Meeting Services Desk at (800) 433-1790. Refer to Authorization Number 0395AS.

CAR RENTAL INFORMATION: Avis is offering State Capital Group meeting attendees special discounted rates. Reservations can be made online at www.avis.com or by calling (800) 331-1600 or (918) 664-4600. Avis AWD# J907309.

DIRECTORY OF ATTENDEES: Registration must be received by September 14, 2005 for attendees to be listed in the official pre-registered attendee directory distributed during the 2005 Annual Meeting.

DUTCH-TREAT DINNERS: The Canadian member firms have organized several "Dutch-Treat" dinners at local restaurants on Thursday evening, September 22. Because of space limitations at the selected restaurants, reservations for the Dutch-Treat dinners must be made in advance. For more information about the selected restaurants and to sign up for a reservation at a particular restaurant, click here. Reservations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.

SPOUSE/GUEST TOUR: On Friday morning, September 23, the State Capital Group has organized a city tour of Toronto for spouses and guests attending the 2005 Annual Meeting. The tour will highlight many of Toronto’s diverse neighborhoods, galleries, museums and attractions, including: the CN Tower, Royal Ontario Museum; Art Gallery of Ontario; Museum of Ceramic Arts; Bata Shoe Museum; Casa Loma; and the Hockey Hall of Fame. Pre-registration is required - if you did not already register your spouse or guest for the tour, you may send an email to Kristina Ilahyane.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS: Refunds are available provided written notice is received by the State Capital Group on or before Wednesday, September 14, 2005. An administrative fee of $100 USD will be deducted from fee paid. After September 14, refunds will no longer be issued. Substitutions are permitted anytime.
