The program
this year promises to be informative, interesting and interactive!
We will start the meeting on Thursday evening with a cocktail reception,
followed by dinner on your own.

FRIDAY -
28 JUNE
Friday's
agenda will include a guest panel, headed by Kim Jones, Director
of Marketing for the Group, who will discuss:
- How to Market
Internally to Each Other,
- Multi-State
Marketing,
- Regional
Marketing within the Group membership.
The program
will then move into a presentation on Conservation Easements, followed
by a discussion panel that will include Monte Pascoe, Partner
of the host-firm, Ireland, Stapleton, Pryor & Pascoe,
and James L. Leet, Business Entities Specialist at the California
Member Firm of McDonough, Holland & Allen. We
hope also to include a senior official from a funding organization
such as Nature Conservancy or Trust for Public Lands.
The afternoon
session will begin with presentations from various corporations
and industry specialists on the topic of Cable and Telecommunications
Industries, their present status and where they are heading in the
future, as well as related property and land-use issues.
The Friday session
will end with marketing discussions and exercises to "get the
ball rolling" on the goals we set in the morning session.
Friday
night will conclude with a cocktail reception and dinner in the
beautiful Vail Cascade Resort and Spa - the only Four-Diamond ski
in, ski out resort in Vail, Colorado.
SATURDAY
- 29 JUNE
Saturday you can fill with golf at Eagle Ranch Golf Course - designed
by Arnold Palmer. Just 30 miles from Vail, and featured in the Colorado
Golf Magazine -- or dozens of other activities such as white water
rafting, jeep tours, bike riding, hiking, among others. Or, just
take it easy in the Aria Spa and Club, Vail's premier spa with services
ranging from scrubs to massage!
The deadline
for reservations is fast approaching. We have attached the registration
form and ask that you fill it out and return it to Lisa Beckman,
via email or fax, right away. You can make your room reservations
directly with Vail Cascade, and be sure to mention the State Capital
