BANKRUPTCY
PRACTICE SECTION TO MEET AT ANNUAL MEETING IN LAS VEGAS
The
State Capital Group's Bankruptcy Practice Section will hold a reorganizational
meeting during the Annual Meeting in Las Vegas. Bankruptcy practitioners
in the State Capital Group will meet for a Dutch-Treat dinner at 7:00
p.m. on Thursday, September 30. The section will then meet separately
on Friday, October 1, beginning at 11:00 a.m. for introductions and
brief profiles of each firm's bankruptcy practice. Following the State
Capital Group luncheon, featuring remarks by Nevada Attorney General
Brian Sandoval, bankruptcy practitioners will meet to discuss marketing
strategies to increase bankruptcy business opportunities among member
firms. The bankruptcy sessions will end by 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Bankruptcy
practitioners from member firms in the U.S. and around the world are
encouraged to attend.
